Our 75% Iberian Breed Acorn-Fed Iberian Ham (D.O.P.) is distinguished by its delicate marbling of fat, giving it a marbled appearance and exceptional juiciness, along with a smooth and refined texture. It comes from the finest Iberian pigs, raised freely during the montanera season and fed exclusively on acorns. Its minimum curing period is 42 months.
This ham has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid—similar to that found in olive oil—which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. It is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product.
