It comes from the finest Iberian pigs, acorn-fed and raised freely in the montanera system. This shoulder contains a high level of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid—similar to that found in olive oil—which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. It is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product. Minimum curing time: 32 months.
