Our 50% Iberian Breed Acorn-Fed Iberian Ham is distinguished by its delicate marbling of fat, which gives it a beautifully marbled appearance and exceptional juiciness, along with a smooth and refined texture. It comes from the finest Iberian pigs, raised freely during the montanera season and fed exclusively on acorns. Its minimum curing period is 42 months. This ham has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid—similar to that found in olive oil—which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
