Hermanos Hoyos S.L. was founded in La Alberca, a charming village nestled in the heart of Las Batuecas – Sierra de Francia Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. This privileged environment, with its cool climate and pure mountain air, creates the perfect conditions for the slow, natural curing of our Iberian hams and cured meats.
We are a family business with deep roots in the Alberca charcuterie tradition, heirs to generations who have lived and worked with respect for the Iberian pig, the land, and natural rhythms. Each piece we produce reflects not only the ancestral know-how of our land, but also a firm commitment to quality, authenticity, and flavor.
The finest Iberian pigs arrive at our factory, raised free-range in the pastures of Salamanca, Extremadura, and Andalusia, where they feed on acorns, herbs, and natural pastures.
