Don Pedro Heritage represents the most exclusive expression of excellence from Hermanos Hoyos. An exceptional ham, crafted from carefully selected cuts of 100% Iberian pigs raised free-range in the dehesa and fed on acorns. Its long curing process results in a delicate texture, extraordinary juiciness and a deep flavour that lingers in the memory.

This ham has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to that found in olive oil, which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels. It is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Cover the sliced area with the ham’s own fat or a clean cloth to prevent drying.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.

Slice only what you intend to consume, keeping the rest covered to preserve flavor and texture.

Rotate the ham once a section is finished to ensure even slicing on both sides.
