The 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin (lomito) is a premium quality cured meat known for its authenticity. Made from purebred Iberian pigs fed exclusively on acorns, this lomito delivers an exceptionally deep and regionally distinctive flavor.
It is traditionally stuffed into natural casings following artisanal methods that preserve tradition. It then undergoes a careful curing process that enhances its flavor and gives it a soft and juicy texture.
The 100% acorn-fed Iberian lomito from Hermanos Hoyos is a true gourmet delicacy.
Its retail price is €55 per kilo.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.
Enjoy at room temperature, take the lomito out of storage about 20 minutes before eating. This allows flavors and aromas to release fully and the fat to melt ideally.
Slice only what you need for each serving.
To store leftover lomito, if you won’t consume it all, wrap it in plastic wrap or a clean cotton cloth and keep it refrigerated.

Best consumed within 24 months if vacuum-packed; otherwise, within 10 to 12 weeks.
