RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.
Enjoy at room temperature, remove the product from storage about 20 minutes before consuming to allow it to temper. This helps the flavors and aromas to be fully released and the fat to melt ideally.
Cut only what is needed for each serving.
Preserve leftovers, if you’re not going to consume the whole piece, wrap it in plastic film or a clean cotton cloth and keep it refrigerated.
