RECOMMENDATIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.

Enjoy at room temperature — take the product out about 20 minutes before consumption to allow it to warm up. This helps release its full flavor and aroma, and the fat melts ideally.

Cut only what is needed for each serving.

Preserve leftovers — if you're not consuming the whole piece of salchichón, wrap it in plastic film or a clean cotton cloth and store it refrigerated.
