The acorn-fed Iberian pork tenderloin is an exceptional cured meat crafted with meticulous care and tradition.

It is made from lean meat of Iberian pigs fed on acorns, which gives it a deep and rich flavor.

This tenderloin is artisanally stuffed into natural casings, following traditional methods that preserve the product's authenticity.

It then undergoes a long curing process to develop its flavors and achieve a tender, juicy texture. Acorn-fed Iberian tenderloin is a truly unique delicacy.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.

Enjoy at room temperature, remove the acorn-fed Iberian sausage from storage about 20 minutes before consuming so it can come to room temperature. This allows the flavors and aromas to emerge fully and the fat to soften ideally.

Cut only what you need for each serving.

Preserve any leftover tenderloin, if you don’t plan to consume the entire piece at once, wrap it in plastic wrap or a clean cotton cloth, and store it refrigerated.

SHIPPING:

It is shipped vacuum-packed or wrapped in vegetable paper.
