The acorn-fed Iberian pork neck is a traditional, high-quality cured meat. It is made from free-range Iberian pigs fed on acorns, which gives it an intense and distinctive flavor.
This product is traditionally stuffed into natural casings using artisanal methods. It then undergoes a slow curing process to develop its flavor and achieve a juicy, exquisite texture.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and air currents, preferably refrigerated.
Enjoy at room temperature: Take the acorn-fed Iberian salchichón out of storage about 20 minutes before consumption so it reaches room temperature. This enhances the release of flavors and aromas and allows the fat to melt perfectly.
Slice only what you need for each serving.
Preserve leftovers: If not consuming the whole piece, wrap the leftover salchichón in plastic wrap or a clean cotton cloth and keep it refrigerated.

Shipped vacuum-sealed or wrapped in vegetable paper.

PREFERRED CONSUMPTION:
Best consumed within 24 months if vacuum-sealed, or 10 to 12 weeks if not.
