Description

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and drafts, preferably in a refrigerated area.

Enjoy at room temperature. Remove the Iberian blood sausage from storage about 20 minutes before consumption to let it temper. This allows the flavors and aromas to be fully appreciated and the fat to soften ideally.

Slice only what is needed for each use.

Preserve any leftover morcilla by wrapping it in plastic film or a clean cotton cloth, and storing it in a refrigerated space.
