The cured Iberian pork tongue traditionally stuffed by Hermanos Hoyos is a delicacy. This cold cut is made from the tongue of Iberian pigs raised under exceptional conditions. Following traditional methods, it is stuffed into natural casings and undergoes a careful curing process. The result is an intense and unique flavor, with smoky notes and a tender texture. Pork tongue has a flavor very similar to Iberian loin, which makes it highly demanded by our customers.
