RECOMMENDATIONS:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.
Enjoy at room temperature. Take the salchichón out of storage about 20 minutes before consumption to allow it to reach room temperature. This enhances flavor and aroma release, and allows the fat to soften perfectly.
Slice only what you need for each serving.
To store leftovers, wrap the remaining salchichón in plastic wrap or a clean cotton cloth and keep it refrigerated.
