These pigs are raised freely in open fields, where they enjoy fresh air and wide natural spaces. Their diet—consisting of natural feed, cereals, and roots—enriches their meat with unique flavors that can only be achieved in such a special and healthy environment.
Its curing process, which lasts for several months, allows the ham to develop an intense aroma with sweet and slightly salty notes.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Cover the cut surface with the ham’s own fat or a clean cloth to prevent it from drying out.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and drafts, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
