Hermanos Hoyos’ cebo Iberian ham is produced from pigs raised on farms with high-quality standards. These pigs receive a balanced diet that includes natural and high-quality feed. Although they do not enjoy exclusive acorn feeding in the wild, their rearing takes place under controlled conditions that guarantee the excellence of the meat.
The result is a cebo Iberian ham with a delicious flavor and juicy texture, maintaining the essence of Iberian tradition in a more accessible version for food lovers.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Cover the cut area with the ham’s own fat or a clean cloth to prevent drying.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C.

Cut only what is necessary for each serving, leaving the rest covered to preserve flavor and texture.

Rotate the ham once one side is finished to ensure even slicing on both sides.
