These pigs, with 50% Iberian breed, are raised free-range in open fields where they enjoy fresh air and wide natural spaces. Their diet—composed of natural feed, cereals, and roots—enriches the meat with unique flavors that can only be achieved in such a special and healthy environment. Its curing process, which lasts several months, allows the ham to develop an intense aroma with sweet and slightly salty notes. Minimum curing time is 30 months.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Cover the cut surface with the ham's own fat or a clean cloth to prevent drying.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and air currents, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
Only slice what you plan to consume and keep the rest covered to preserve its flavor and texture.
Rotate the ham once one area is finished, to ensure even slicing on both sides.
