These pigs, with 50% Iberian breed, are raised freely in open fields, enjoying fresh air and wide natural spaces. Their diet, based on natural feed, cereals, and roots, enriches their meat with unique flavors that can only be achieved in such a special and healthy environment.

Its curing process, which lasts several months, allows the shoulder to develop an intense aroma with sweet undertones.

Their diet is complemented with acorns and natural herbs, which contribute to its unique flavor and characteristic fat marbling in the meat. The result is a high-quality Iberian field-fed ham with a mild flavor, juicy texture, and unmistakable aroma—a true delicacy appreciated by lovers of Spanish gastronomy.

The curing process of each piece is extended to reach its maximum expression, enhancing the concentration of aromas and enriching the flavors. Thanks to this care, the 50% Iberian Cebo de Campo Shoulder earns the green label, representing both the natural environment in which the pigs are raised and the harmony between Iberian pork tradition and the richness of the countryside.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.

Enjoy at room temperature. Remove the shoulder from storage about 20 minutes before consumption so it can reach ambient temperature. This enhances the release of flavors and aromas and allows the fat to melt ideally.

Slice only what you plan to consume.

If not consuming the entire piece, wrap the leftover in cling film or a clean cotton cloth, and refrigerat
