The 50% Selected Cebo de Campo Shoulder comes from Iberian pigs fed on feed and acorns.
These pigs, with 50% Iberian breed, are raised in the wild, enjoying fresh air and wide natural spaces. Their diet, made up of natural feed, cereals, and roots, enriches the meat with unique flavours that can only be achieved in such a special and healthy environment.
Its curing process, which lasts for several months, allows the shoulder to develop an intense aroma with sweet notes.
The minimum curing time is 30 months.
