The 50% Iberian field-fed ham from Hermanos Hoyos is a culinary delicacy. This product is made from Iberian pigs raised freely in the dehesa. Their diet is complemented with acorns and natural herbs, contributing to the ham’s unique flavor and the characteristic fat marbling in the meat. The result is a high-quality field-fed Iberian ham with a mild flavor, juicy texture, and unmistakable aroma. A true delicacy appreciated by lovers of Spanish gastronomy.

Each piece is cured to its peak, allowing aromas to concentrate and flavors to deepen. Thanks to this care, the 50% Iberian Field-Fed Ham earns the green label, representing both the natural environment in which the pigs are raised and the harmony between Iberian tradition and the richness of the countryside.

Minimum curing time: 30 months.
