Hermanos Hoyos’ 50% Iberian breed acorn-fed ham is made from pigs raised in Spain, a cross between Iberian and selected breeds. These pigs enjoy a balanced diet including acorns, which give the ham its characteristic flavor and softness in every bite. The curing process is meticulous, with a maturation time of over two years, resulting in a tender texture and perfect fat infiltration that enhances its taste.

Each ham is carefully selected and undergoes a curing process that lasts more than three years, allowing it to develop its deep and complex flavor. The meat is lean and tender, with fat marbling that provides a truly unique taste.
