These pigs, with 50% Iberian genetic purity, are raised freely in open fields, where they enjoy fresh air and ample natural spaces. Their diet—consisting of natural feed, cereals, and roots—enhances the meat with unique flavors that can only be achieved in such a special and healthy environment.
The curing process, which extends over several months, allows the ham to develop an intense aroma with sweet and slightly salty notes.

Cover the cut surface with a piece of the ham’s own fat or a clean cloth to prevent it from drying out.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, at a temperature between 15°C and 25°C.
