Aroma: Pleasant and aromatic, with smoky and sweet nuances from Pimentón de la Vera. Color: Ivory white paste; reddish-orange rind due to the paprika. Rind: Natural, coated with Pimentón de la Vera (not edible). Format: Approx. 500 g piece, ideal for home use or as part of a cheese board.
