100% Ibérico Bellota Ham D.O.P. GUIJUELO. Special selection of 100% Ibérico ham from the finest free-range pigs fed on acorns during the "montanera" (oak pasture season). Minimum curing time is 42 months.

The 100% Ibérico breed acorn-fed ham from Hermanos Hoyos is a true culinary jewel. Sourced from purebred Ibérico pigs raised in the dehesas (oak forests), this ham is the result of century-old traditions and a meticulous production process. The pigs feed exclusively on acorns and grass during the montanera, resulting in meat rich in flavors and aromas.

Each Hermanos Hoyos ham is carefully selected and artisanally cured for a period that typically exceeds two years. The result is lean, juicy meat with fat marbling that provides an incomparable flavor. The texture is smooth and delicate, with nuances that evoke the essence of the dehesa.
