Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and drafts, preferably refrigerated.
Enjoy at room temperature, Take the product out of storage about 20 minutes before consumption to allow it to reach room temperature. This enhances the release of flavors and aromas and allows the fat to melt ideally.
Cut only what you need for each serving.
Preserve the leftover product, If you're not consuming the entire piece of salchichón, wrap it in plastic wrap or a clean cotton cloth, and store it in a cool place.
