The 100% acorn-fed shoulder comes from the finest purebred Iberian pigs, the result of a perfect blend of artisanal tradition and the time needed to reach excellence.
This shoulder has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to that found in olive oil, which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
It is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product.
Minimum curing time: 32 months.
