Our 75% Iberian Acorn-Fed Shoulder Ham D.O.P. stands out for its delicate fat marbling, which gives it a marbled appearance and exceptional juiciness, along with a smooth and refined texture.
Sourced from the finest Iberian pigs raised free-range and fed on acorns during the montanera season. Its minimum curing time is 32 months.
This shoulder ham contains a high level of monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid, similar to that of olive oil, which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
It is also rich in protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product.
