The 100% acorn-fed shoulder comes from the finest purebred Iberian pigs and is the result of a combination of artisanal tradition and the time required to achieve perfection.
This shoulder is high in monounsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic acid—similar to olive oil—which helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.
It is also a rich source of protein, vitamin B1, iron, zinc, and magnesium, making it a completely natural and nutritious product.
Minimum curing time: 32 months.
